Lauren Conrad confirm she's leaving the show

Both The Hills star and the show's executive producer have confirmed that she will be leaving the MTV reality series at the conclusion of its upcoming fifth season.

"It's bittersweet," Lauren Conrad told Us Weekly in a feature interview published in the magazine's March 16 issue. "I've spent the last five years making every decision be about the show. People I date have to be able to film, the places I work have to let us film and the places I live have to have set lighting. I'm ready to do things on my own. I loved doing it and had so much fun, but it came to a point where I had done it long enough."

Her hills...I mean, THE Hills (silly mistake) have finally earned Audrina Patridge a spotlight of her own. The bosomy reality star is following in Whitney Port's shoes with a spin-off similar to The City. Only, instead of Runway Fashion and Manhattan Elitism, the drama will center around ...

"The Hills" star Audrina Patridge is set to star in her own spin-off reality show. Because really, what the world was missing was more vapid "Hills" spin-offs. We have trouble imagining how Audrina can possibly sustain 22 minutes of television once a week, being that she doesn't actually seem to do anything, other than get tanner by the day.

Back before Audrina Partridge landed her role on the hit MTV reality show The Hills, her biggest ambition was to become a Playboy Playmate. Hugh Hefner is probably kicking himself in his old ass right now.


In a statement made through her rep, Audrina tells TMZ “I took these photos years ago when I was just out of high school and beginning to model. I was young and very trusting of others and I didn’t know to protect myself. It is a lesson learned, for myself, and hopefully for the young girls who look up to me.”

Nothing ever came of the sex tape rumors regarding The Hills star Lauren Conrad, but there is no denying that her faithful sidekick, Audrina Patridge, got naked for the camera. New photos have surfaced of Audrina -- and girl is showing off her hills.


The reality TV star had reportedly taken these photos after graduating from high school -- in hopes of getting a gig with Playboy. Well, that photo spread never quite came to pass, but the photos are back (you nasty little devils can see them here)!

Audrina has released this statement to TMZ.com regarding the nakedness:

It's A White Tie Affair!

This past week rock band The White Tie took over the Roosevelt Hotel lobby for a live performance organized by the Epic Records team including Audrina Partridge.

Celebrity guests included fellow Hills cast member Lauren Conrad, Lance Bass with beau Sebastian Leal, Tila Tequila, Brittny Gastineau, Kaitlin Doubleday, Lo Bosworth, Sebastian Leal, Epic Records' President Charlie Walk and MTV's Tony DiSanto.


Guests enjoyed Effen Vodka cocktails, Venom Energy Drinks and sets on the turntables by DJ Joel Madden. Now that's a party!

The White Tie Affair (aka TWTA) is a Rock/Pop/Electronic band from Chicago Illinois. The members, including Sean P, Chris Wallace, Tim McLaughlin, Ryan McLain and Ryan Cook, been critically acclaimed and featured on MTV.
